Yonael Sanchez, an employee at Barcelona Princess Hotel is a member of the Plan Incorpora of la Caixa. This is a program launched in 2006 which offers the possibility to access to a job board of people in risk of social exclusion; for young people with difficulties to access at the first job, long-term unemployed, victims of gender violence and disabled people; amongst other collectives. It is a huge network that links social entities and companies working in corporate social responsibility issues. Nowadays, labour integration is important for the society and despite of the recession, the Incorpora program achieved to provide a total of 14.638 jobs in 2013, compared with the 10.504 generated in 2012, all thanks to the implication of 1406 Catalan companies. Another of its priority actions of this year is the training activities with the objective of improving the possibilities of recruiting participants.
