Yossi Avrahami, owner of one of Israel largest private construction companies, claims that the large wave of jewfish immigration to Israel will happen soon, mostly from Europe and the United States. The obvious reason for that is the growing anti-Semitism. And this is why many of them contact Avrahami, which explains how he learned to conquer the hearts of the Jews wealthy Europeans, particularly the French. According to Avrahami, foreign residents constitute about 80% of the number of residents in his some of his projects. He doesnt think its a smart move to impose an additional tax on the Jews who came here four or five times a year... We must not forget that one of the engines that propelled the Israeli real estate apartment was purchased by Jews from Europe, especially from France. Avrahamis, 55, owes his meteoric leap to the city of Eilat , which in recent years he built there 1,800 housing units. Another project which Avrahami focuses is effort, is the tender for Beit Sokolov (Beit Haitonaim) in central Tel Aviv, a residential tower of 17 floors and 95 apartments... There were serious enough amounts, over NIS 160 million he says... The problem is that Teddy Sagi (competes with him on the tender for this project) says whatever others offer, I will raise it... Has a lot of money, but he doesnt know much about real estate... We know better than him. In addition, Avrahami takes part in large projects abroad, in which he is not reluctant to talk much, mostly because his partners are not interested in exposure. Avrahami doesnt believe that the actions of the Government & Ministry of Finance, led by the 0 VAT law and increasing the supply of available lands for housing will make a change and wont lower the prices of residence. The only thing it caused until now is to halt the economy & the real estate market, both by the buyers and by the developers. He argues that prices will forever continue to rise, and if there will be any minor declines in the price, they will be gone later. Avrahami mentions the complicated bureaucracy and the need to improve it (thus making it easier...). He implies during the whole Interview that he is very in favor of the city of Haifa, which operates to assist entrepreneurs in terms of promoting real estate projects After the city has suffered in recent years from negative migration and the low Image.
