You all read me rant about my neighbor well heres another one for ya. I was woken by the fire alarm this am, not mine but the upstairs neighbors. I walk outside to look and see no flames but l get a small wiff of smoke. I knock loudly in the door three dif times, no answer. The alarm is still going off. I call the landlord. I stay outside looking for smoke or fire but see none again l smell smoke but am unsure if its the mendo fires or someone lighting a cig. Finally after 20 min the landlords father in law comes. I tell him l have knocked loudly three times and noone answers. So he calls noone answers, he knocks noone answers he calls again no answer. Finally he gets the key and opens the door and all this smoke billows out as the tenents new boyfriend comes out.....oh thank you, my door was shut!!!! Really??????
