You are not going to believe how tasty this meal is. The items that are on the ingredients list that are restricted for phase 1 can be easily subbed for something else. Instead of the carrots and onion, I doubled the celery and added green pepper. I did a little onion powder to add the flavor. For the coconut oil I did EVOO. I know balsamic is not on the phase 1 sheet but it is probably ok since this is 6-8 servings!!! Serve over zucchini noodles and this meal will become your favorite on and off the protocol.
