You are perfect! When you were nothing, Allah s.w.t declared to the world: Im going to create a person who is perfect. Im going to create a person who will worship me alone and will remind the world of my greatness by their good manners and character. They will do what I ask of them. They will make a difference in this world. They will strive to earn paradise by perfecting their character and gaining knowledge. I will reward them abundantly for their efforts. They will be tested on numerous occasions but my help will always be near them. Never will I give them more than they can handle. They will be tested and fall short of my standard but never will my mercy leave them, for my mercy extends to all my servants who call on me. Indeed, anybody who receives my mercy is purified to their original state. That is you my Muslim brother or sister. You are perfect because Allah s.w.t created you. As Allah s.w.t says in the glorious Quran: “He is the One Who has made perfectly everything He has created: He began the creation of human beings with clay, And made his progeny from a quintessence of the nature of a fluid despised: But He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him something of His spirit. (32:7-9)”
