You can ALWAYS be doing something! Ive got a absolutely KNACKERED shoulder, FACT! Everyone at uni called me visibility shoulder for a reason haha Going into training today I bsaw the list of exercises of what had to be done, and I saw two things that were a NON STARTER for me and my crap shoulder! What did I do?? I chose two alternative exercises that I knew I could do instead, I didnt simply slack off and do two less exercises. Whys this important? Because at some point youll find something that your struggling with, if theres no way it can be done, DO SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE, simple. This can be applied to any situation, not just exercise! It just takes mental effort to find the alternatives that you can use BUT.... Theyre ALWAYS there Graham
