You cant allow your past to follow you to your future. You have to let go of what was, and continue to what could be! Whats done is done. Everybody has been cheated on, lied too, hurt, beat, been unfaithful, etc.. Nothing is ever going to be perfect. Thats not how it works. Theres not one person on this earth who hasnt made at least one mistake. Never give up on yourself when you think you cant go farther in life and make it better. You think you were hurt? But never realize the person youre pushing away was in that position many times before and understands everything. They know how you feel to be lost, hurt, broken, frustrated, scared, and not ready to move on because their past has made them worried itll happen again. You dont know they cried themselves to sleep every night, felt like they meant nothing to that person at one time, never had the attention they should have gotten, was pushed to the side because they werent important at that moment, couldnt be happy with themselves because they thought some other girl was going to get involved. Remember, youre not alone!! You just have to trust yourself. If it feels right, go for it. (: I for one, am done getting hurt time after time!
