You cant give others what you dont have. Love and respect? You need to love yourself first before you can give it to others by heart. Practical experience? You need to earn it for yourself either the hard or the smart way, then you can share it out with others. Success mindset? Youll need to adopt that idea rigidly in your own mind day in and day out till it becomes a habit, then you can share it out with others. Overcoming challenges and/or failures? Youll need to overcome the most yourself before you can become mastered and can share them with others at ease and at a high level of confidence.
