You decide. Lol has food processing standards risen over the last few years or has the mythbusting. Interesting fact, I enjoy going to butchers and have been told by one in called porkchops in Clarksville, Tn that when they sell it fresh butchered they have to let you know because preservitive requirements arent the same as what they are required to do for meats sold in stores because most of the meats in stores are much older than fresh butchered and sold.
