You got in #MLM so you can retire financially free, right? So what - TopicsExpress

You got in #MLM so you can retire financially free, right? So what guarantee does the MLM Company give you where they wont terminate you? Do you KNOW all their gotchas? GOTCHA! 27. Renewal. Independent representatives must renew their status annually, and the Company has the right to decline to accept any renewal, in its sole discretion. - Zurvita Policies and Procedures. (Many other companies have this gotcha, too.) Is the Network Marketing Company Truly Ethical? Their Policies and Procedures Reveals ALL. Its YOUR CONTRACT with them. This issue is so important to ones success in #MLM that its considered PILLAR #1 in evaluating a company. Read below: Don’t Get Mad At Your Upline…YET Pillars Of Success, Pillar Number 1: MLM Companies Shoot Their Hostages.. Did you ever read the Policies and Procedures? When I started with MLM I didn’t and I know that the majority of people who join a company don’t read the Policies and Procedures. Often the upline will say: “Just check that box and you’re done.” But shouldn’t you want to know what’s in there? It’s your contract with the company. And the stuff that’s in there could send shivers down your spine! Oh No They Wouldn’t Do That To Me! Would They? Imagine yourself; 3, 5, 10 years from now. You’ve build up a wonderful business with a monthly income to set you free. You can do what you want, whenever you want. This is the ideal time for you to retire, just like they told you at your first opportunity meeting: “build your business and retire with a residual income” But after 2 months of relaxing, hang mats on tropical beaches and drinking the milk straight out of the coconut, there is no money coming in anymore. The company decided to terminate you, since you weren’t building your business anymore. And guess what: They could do that because you agreed with the Policies and Procedures. (I call it the Ongoing Responsibility GOTCHA Clause) And in those Policies and Procedures you will read stuff like: “[Company X] maintains the right to terminate or delete a Distributorship at any time with or without giving prior notice whenever it deems this is the necessary and appropriate action.” or: “[Company Y] reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any Member at any time for cause when it is determined that the Member may have violated the provisions of the Member Agreement, including the provisions of these policies and procedures or compensation plan as they may be amended, or the provisions of applicable laws and standards of fair dealing. Such suspension and/or termination shall be made by [Company Y] at its discretion.” Now I hear you think “It’s in there for when somebody violates the agreement!” But if someone violates the agreement, they can be suspended/terminated from the agreement. They don’t have to put it in there. Putting it in there with the little addition “It’s discretion” or “Sole discretion” just offers them a way to get rid of you when they want to. Just like what companies are saying with yearly renewable contracts: “[Company Z] has absolute discretion to deny any Renewal Application from any Distributor, for any reason or no reason at all.” Heres a specific one from one company a distributor tried to get me to join ... 27. Renewal. Independent representatives must renew their status annually, and the Company has the right to decline to accept any renewal, in its sole discretion. - Zurvita Policies and Procedures. Your Distributorship Will Self-Destruct In T-minus 30…29…28… And last but not least I want to share this little part of a Policies and Procedure: “[Company A] expressly reserves the right to terminate all Distributor Agreements upon thirty (30) days written notice in the event that it elects to: (1) cease business operations; (2) dissolve as a corporate entity; or (3) resolve to use Direct Sales as a sales model instead of Multi Level Marketing..” This means you could receive a letter from the company to tell you, that in 30 days, all you’ve worked for, all those years of hard work and devotion, will be gone and you will receive no more income. In many cases this means that your downline and costumer base will be used by the company but they no longer pay you for the marketing. Do you want to take that risk? So to wrap it up: READ THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES! Know what’s in there and if you don’t like parts of it, try to get it changed. Or look for a company where they don’t got those parts in the policies and procedures. Do not take the risk of building a business for years and lose it overnight. You don’t want that right? If it’s in the Policies and Procedures, It’s in there for a reason: So they can use it! - Nando Vanberlo mymwg/blog/are-you-selling-your-soul-to-the-network-marketing-company-devil/
