You gotta be fkn kidding me!U wait til weve been waiting for two hours to tell us ur no longer taking the insurance we have? 2 hours of waiting? I remember working in a doctors office and thats one of the first things we checked when we pulled the charts after u sign in... And to top it off we couldnt even get a doctors excuse for school cause they werent seen. Ok thats fine but u can write a quick note on a rx pad or letterhead that we were at the office for the time that we waited and then were turned away.. Not even so much as an apology, just excuses! And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they sent me to the main clinic saying she was aware and was waiting for me... My ass! There was nobody waiting so I stand in line at the window and just said forget it, Im not waiting any longer! Ive been wanting to switch doctors cause they always take like minimum 2 hours to be seen even with an appointment, but I havent cause theyve been going there since they were toddlers ... I could change my insurance but nah, I think Ill change doctors.... I need some sleep, damnit
