You have been SERVED Last weekend Nahz and I visited the WAREHOUSE and bought some stuff on clearance , got home and just realised that a pair of shoes i bought were the wrong size ,so ring up the warehouse ,awesome support from service desk ,said to bring the shoes back in with the receipt and they would replace or credit . So last night took the shoes back ,but the response i got from the Service Desk was appauling . Her reply okay i can not find your shoes on the receipt ?? huh ? i paid for them ,well it is not showing its showing a yellow mirror with pink outlining ,now if you know me that would not be something i would purchase . She asked if i bought something else ? my reply no not with my card Ok she says it still shows you didnt pay for them ??HUH Ok not well flared up with Hay Fever and Sinus not in the mood ,said hey i dont go ticking off everything on my receipt lady !! So nothing was solved took my photo copy receipt - BUT THIS MORNING WHEN SHE RANG TO SAY NO OTHER PAIR WAS FOUND !!! I LET IT RIP !! DONT MESS WITH A LAGATULE LADY YOU LUCKY I HAVE HAY FEVER OR YOUR DAY WOULD OF BEEN SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEET I told her do not ever talk to me like that again , i have visited your store since it opened and spent $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I do not liked to be accused of taking a pair of sneakers ,just because your System fked up the docket !!! A letter has gone to the Warehouse Management to stamp out your Attitude !!! LADY DO YOUR JOB !! PROPERLY AND START CHECKING YOUR OWN MISTAKES WHEN YOU MAKE THEM AND DO NOT START BLAMING THE CUSTOMER WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER
