You have to choose. Will ypu serve God or money, God or or success, God or yourself. There cannot be a tie for first place in your life. The one who wins is the one who will get your time, attention, devotion, and loyalty. Will the God who is gives you money for all your needs and wants, gifts and talents to make success possible and created your life win or will it be the things He has given you? Can you create, provide, or give life in your own power? If you cant then why not serve someone who can and you take second place. When you properly assign the roles in your life you will see that there was always a bad matchup. Nothing compares to God and He deserves to be in first place. “You can’t worship two gods at once. Loving one god, you’ll end up hating the other. Adoration of one feeds contempt for the other. You can’t worship God and Money both. (Matthew 6:24 MSG)
