You just never know , despite appearances, who is sorrowful to the point of death. I needed one thing to prevent my petit mal seizures and to subside the chest pain caused by extraordinary stressors, and it could only be purchased with $10. Since yesterday my heart has been palpitating and I feel the onset of a seizure coupled with chest pains and most importantly I feel so hopeless and sad that it is so hard to keep the tears back and the sobbing at bay...
