You know at times when we feel low in ourselves, its very difficult to have any form of motivation, when everything just seems to be like too much or that we simply do not have the energy to make necessary changes within our life or to do anything! Sometimes we can fall in to the trap of feeling a failure or not worthy of being happy. If we sit around waiting for change to come to us so that it can make us happy, then we could be sitting around for a very long time, waiting and stuck in a rut. Some life changes are quite big, like wanting to move to a bigger house for example and finances may prevent you from doing this as quickly as you would like but that doesnt mean to say that we cant make the best and be happy of what we have in the meantime. It is important that we remain gracious and cherish the things we DO have rather than being unhappy about what we DONT. Little changes within our life can make a huge difference, so if you are feeling fed up and unmotivated we can either let it control and absorb us, or we can do something about it. Set yourself small goals and targets, even if it is being dressed by midday for example! Your target could be getting out of the house or meeting up with a friend you havent seen for a long time, or to wash the windows - it doesnt matter what your goals are, but its important to make some and when you have accomplished this ensure that you treat yourself, reward yourself and give yourself a pat on the back. It is also important to remember to love ourselves, forgive ourselves if you made a mistake. We are all worthy and we all have some amazing qualities which is what other people love about us - take time to reflect on what an amazing person you are and believe it! Come to recognise and understand the spiritual law of attraction, when we think negatively as a result we will attract negative circumstances, whereby if we reverse our thinking then in turn we can only attract good things. Do not expect matters to change over night, but by the power of positive thinking you will soon see some noticable and positive differences entering into your life.
