You know, eating well, and healthy doesnt have to starve you. :) Here is an average day for me: I eat a Banana before swimming, after I have a big veggie/egg skillet (in it is one tomato, onion, one colored pepper, small zuchinni and 2 eggs).... snacks consist of sometimes an apple, but often about 15 almonds, maybe a little bit of plain greek yogurt.... lunch chicken or fish and tons of veggies, same with supper... some form of lean protein and lots o veggies. I eat a lot of food. But, I get more bang for my buck with calorie consumption and nutrition intake because I literally stock up on veggies. Chances are that veggies are my most consumed food group during the whole day. :) Choose whole foods, fresh produce, nuts and such and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Just packed with nutrients, and your body will love you!!! ;)
