*** You know how she gets when shes feeling good *** Today has been a really great day so far. The morning started out early with a gorgeous sun in the sky and those fabulous summer sky clouds that sing to me about there being no rain. I had a meeting with a woman who I have admired and respected ever since I first met her. We discussed some things that are very dear to my heart and once again she has inspired me, she does that kind of thing to a whole lot of people. On the way home I had a great hot dog, onion rings, and a LARGE birch beer soda at Frankies (“Stop in and eat or we’ll both starve.”) Frankies makes one of the best hot dogs on earth since 1937. The best part of lunch was that I did NOT slob relish on my dress! (Wow, how lady-like of me) Checked Facebook to see a message from another person I respect and admire giving me a compliment that floored me. I’m beginning to believe that simply being myself with no pretense is a fairly good way to live, for me and the people I care about.
