You know, it does not help somebody who has waited 29 weeks for a decision on their PIP, as they get more and more ill, to tell them that some people have been waiting for over a year, and many of your clients are in that predicament. Especially if the client in front of you has just been issued with a Foodbank voucher, doesnt have money for the gas meter, and has children to feed, heat, and buy school clothes for.
