You know its funny. People have opinions on a person as to why they dont hang out. They dont realize some people just dont feel comfortable in a crowd. I am one of those persons. I prefer to hang out with a few friends that I can converse with. Rather than try to have a conversation with many. No, I am not anti-social, I am down to earth. I would like to enjoy a conversation with out the distraction of others. Respect goes both ways. Respect my demeanor and I will respoct yours. Plain and simple. My preference of being social may not reflect your preferences. That is why everyone is an individual. My preference is a few, not many with distractions. To enjoy personal time not distracted time. A few, and if need be my own time and space. Respect that as I will respect your way of life.
