You know running a martial arts school as I have for over the last decade. One of the realities of life is that people leave. It happens and thats just life. Luckily for me Ive always added more than have left so Im on a constant up. It is not something I take personally. People leave for a variety of reasons which I always understand. I have huge respect for the people that leave however and drop you a wee note, phone call etc telling you why and offering thanks for taking care of them during their training period. Some people however just disappear off into the sunset without so much as a thanks or a goodbye. Being honest this does annoy me, quite some!
