You know that the sun has got to people when at 7.15am this morning I put out my rubbish for the binmen to collect in a neat line so no one trips up over them then 15 mins later my neighbours come out and pick up 2 of my bin bags and throw them into the middle of the pavement for everone to trip up over. Maybe i put 2 in front of their house slighty but with the bin men then collect by 9am but who cares and who does that. Weirdos!
