You know those days when you feel super motivated and you want to change everything and just become such an amazing person? You think of all of the ways you can/should change your diet. You decide youre going to train 5 times a week. Youre going to spend more quality time with your kids. Youre going to be a better and more supportive wife. Youre going to work harder and get better at your job. Youre going to reach out to your friends and schedule more girls nights. Youre gonna get a date on the calendar to bond with your mom... Overwhelmed yet? Lets go ahead and just pick ONE thing to work on first. Work on that one thing this week and stop stressing about the others. It may seem like too small of a change, but wouldnt you rather nail one small change than get overwhelmed by trying to change too much and fail at everything?
