You know what I can say that Cleveland is doing this the right way, but then again Cleveland has a more racially diverse criminal justice system than Ferguson. First a man calls the police to say that a kid with a toy gun is scaring people. Then the dispatcher calls it in and never relays that the gun may be a toy. The police pull up and shoot him in 12 seconds. This has to stop and were past the point of marching and singing! Everybody involved in this should be fired.
