You know what pisses me off? Chiropractors are leaving their profession because they don’t know how to be successful. I am told that they are ANGRY about shrinking insurance re-imbursements. They are SCARED that they will not be able to pay the bills. They are CONFUSED because they thought that if they just worked hard in school, they would be handed a great associateship with high pay. They were LIED to and told that they would have to suffer and struggle in their first practice for 2 years until they were able to pay the rent (life is a self fulfilling prophesy). That pisses me off! We need more Chiroprac-TORs as the message is delivered to the public and every man, woman and child demands to have their spine checked once a week for the rest of their lives. We can’t afford to have ANY chiropractor leave practice. I look forward to Mondays. I look forward to becoming one with the person on the table, one with the vertebra I am about to apply a force to so that innate will make an adjustment, and I do that one at a time in present time consciousness. Being a chiropractor is what brings me joy. It fulfills my mission here on Earth. It fills me with love. It brings me as close to the Source, to God himself, as any human can hope for. Being a chiropractor is what I was put on this planet for and that was pre-determined before the foundation of time itself. It is so very EASY. It is not work, it is a labor of love. Straight, unmixed Chiropractic is TRUTH personified. SO, why are chiropractors leaving practice and how can we help teach them to be successful? This is my page so I can be as politically incorrect as I want to. So, here is my definition of success: Seeing at least 500 people a week. Seeing that many people solves an awful lot of your problems. It increases your income and gives you abundance to donate to charities that are important to you. It allows you to help a good percentage of people in your area. Make no mistake; if you have seen one person in your office this week, you are important to that one person. If you are seeing less than 500 people a week but are growing to see 500 people a week, you are on your way to success. But, if you are seeing 60 people a week and crying about how you can’t pay your bills, you are NOT successful and you CAN do better! I was there and I am here to prove you can see 600 people a week with your eyes closed!! Here is my dilemma: I want to teach you how to see 500 people a week, live in abundance and be joyful always. I want to stop you from living in FEAR, ANGER, CONFUSION and LIES. I want to put a program together that is so simple that if you just follow the canned planned scripts and procedures, you too will be adjusting 500 people a week. BUT I don’t know if that is possible. That takes guts, blood, sweat, desire, tears and a passion for the principles of chiroprac-TIC. You see, if you still accept insurance, you have to play by THEIR rules. The path to success, higher volume and happiness is not through more paperwork, jumping through their hoops, denials, pre-authorizations, re-submittals, additional requests for medical necessity, “lost claims”, verification of benefits, long tedious notes and reports or relying on the mailman for your income. The singular mission of Detecting and Correcting Subluxations is the way to success and ALL else…yes, ALL ELSE in your office (physiotherapy, lasers, pillows, potions lotions, elixirs, pills and creams) leads you away from your mission. Other people do that stuff better, let them do it. Be the master of one thing, not a jack (a**) of all trades. I need a way to teach you to LOVE the 33 principles and the philosophy of chiropractic. I need you to talk subluxation all day long. I need to teach your soul to sing when you palpate a spine. I need to teach you to take care of each and every person identically to the way you take care of your own family. I need to teach you to make your procedures simple and stress free. I need to teach you to get out of your own way and let innate guide your hand to the correct location at the correct time and make the correct adjustment. I need to teach you to have FUN in the office. I need to teach you to give every person a hug, not for any other reason than to let them know they are loved unconditionally by you and by God. I need to impress upon you the importance of having EVERYONE attend a NEW PATIENT ORIENTATION. I need to teach you…YES ( the thing that upset me to hear the most when I was trying to grow a bigger practice) … to STOP THINKING and be thought through. I need to teach you to work HARD and SMART (both) in service to God through Chiroprac-TIC. You see, we are all servants. You just have to decide who you are going to serve. I need to find a way to teach you that ALL YOU CAN DO IS ALL YOU CAN DO, BUT ALL YOU CAN DO IS ENUF! But, until I find a way, you will just have to believe me. Don’t quit. We need you too much.
