You know when I went to school we had bus monitors that squashed this kind of shit. I notice there is not monitor on this bus and its in full chaos.. Kids are all over the place standing and doing all kinds of stuff and yet... the driver ignores it and drives on.. Someone tell me is this not a safety issue? City officials, NOT THE PARENTS should be ashamed of themselves.. This is what budget cuts do, they breed a playing ground for bullies and kids to go ham with no supervision.. Is this why the school superintendent makes over 100 grand a year??? because if so then they need to be fired.. They constantly raise the salaries of city officials and school superintendents and cut the small people like bus monitors.. Whats wrong with that picture? While those high salaried so called officials drive home in their Lexus and BMWs and so on.. this happens on the bus with no monitors... Then 1 out of every 10 kids being bullied hangs themselves.. smmfh
