You know write ups/ suspensions are a way of keeping control of your employees I get that much. I also understand that when an employee is not performing as they should it needs to be addressed! ☆ But heres what makes my blood boil. .if theres an employee that doesnt always work over and beyond BUT works and gets most to all of work completed how are you going to suspend them when during other shifts there are people who rarely break a sweat and dont get told dittlysquat. Be fair HOLD EVERYONE TO THE SAME STANDARDS...
