You lost a customer today due to the employees at the Salem NH store. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes while the employee on the register struggled to sign a person up for your credit card. There was another woman in front of me who was brought over to the customer service desk and rang up. We got in line at the same time mind you. The employee rang her up then left the desk and ignored me. I continued to stand there as the supervisor was called over to the register 2xs to cancel the transaction of the people signing up for the credit card. Not once did the supervisor acknowledge me or call someone else over ring me up. Instead she went back to the drink cooler about 6ft away from me and continued to organize it. The other girl who ignored me came back to the customer service desk and I asked her if she was open and can you guess what happened......she looked right at me but didnt answer and walked away again. I finally said to my kids who where with me that we were going to leave the stuff there and walk out. Only then did someone (he was very nice) come over and ring me up. By this time there were 3 more people in line behind me. There where 3 employees in the area of the registers but not one would step up. Apparently organizing drinks and walking around front of the store is more important than actually selling merchandise. I will never go to your stores again. Walmart has better customer service than what I received today.
