You may recall that around Christmastime, I posted a status message announcing the beginning of my diet soda detox. Many of you liked that status, perhaps because you too had once been addicted to soda or maybe you were bored. Anyway, its been exactly one month since the last time I drank a Diet Coke. Since then, I havent had any sort of soda. Not Diet Coke with caffeine. Not Diet Coke without caffeine. Not Sprite or Slice or Tab. Nothing. Instead, I drink primarily non-caffeinated tea once or twice a day (much like Kit Wagar did when he was at Missouri Capitol). I feel more relaxed and slightly like a British person.
