You never quite realise what impression you can make in someones day. Alex a regular customer for years stopped by today for what could be his last visit to Seddon. He has been discharged from hospital, as he is to ill to survive the liver transplant he needs. As he was driven to live the rest of his days in a nursing home he asked to stop by us. For one last coffee and to say thank you for our hospitality over the years. I cant tell you how moved I am by his presence today. By his bravery. By his sense of community. By his choice to come and say good bye to us. His body is failing. But his spirit sure touched me today. We will miss you Alex.
