You see the issue of an ambulance fee or fire protection fee is a progressive issue. Some would call it a liberal issue. Liberals and moderates see that government has a role to provide expanded services. Expanded services enhances our quality of life. Conservatives see the government playing a small role. They are against government expanding. More services means more taxes. Our local government has expanded services. We have public water in the rural areas and it costs a minimum of $40.00 per month but at least we dont have iron or sulfur in our water and it is safe to drink. We have a subdivision ordinance which means land developers have to create planned development and cannot rape our land and leave. We have zoning so that as our area grows it is orderly. We are only one of three counties in WV to have zoning. Something that big businesses want in place. We have 911 throughout our county so that emergency services can arrive timely. We have four industrial parks with utilities in place and incentives available and now an interstate that connects our county making access to and within the county much faster. All these services cost money but improve our quality of life and will lead to better jobs in the future. We have new schools and good teachers. Expanded ambulance service is another piece of the puzzle. Do you really not want to finish the puzzle? Do you really not want better ambulance service? These services are progressive. I am one person. I want the best for County and our children. I want them to attend college and have the opportunity to move back home just like me. But it seems people dont like what I say and they want to censor me. They represent the anti govt side. I am for the best for our county. Stand with me and for our children.
