You seriously dont know what youre missing if youre not trying out PiYo! This is really great especially for people with a current workout regimen! Any runners out there want some to add some muscle by doing just body weight exercises and also wants to get dynamic style stretching in during their training? This is great for those of you training for the marathons coming up! This is great for triathletes too! I cant wait to see my challengers Day 30 results coming up this week!! So excited!
