You shouldn’t need to have that conversation. If you’re both - TopicsExpress

You shouldn’t need to have that conversation. If you’re both interested in a person, you can both flirt with her and let her decide. Having that conversation often leads to one guy backing off even if it’s not explicitly stated that one of them has to. Whether you’re not flirting with her to be nice to your friend or if you just abide by the simple, offensive “bros before hoes” rule, you’re taking away her ability to decide which guy she would like to date by forcing a conversation about who is and who isn’t going to pursue her. Not a great look. I’m aware that I’m in the minority as far as my opinion here, and it astounds me. I don’t know how people don’t see how they’re being unfair to the person they’re pursuing. Maybe they do and they just don’t care? After all, the dating world can be rough, maybe they just want to put themselves in a position to be successful. I’m the same way, I just believe in fair game.
