Contracted sales of Shimao Property (0813) declined 22% YoY in 2M14 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shimao Property announced that contracted sales declined 17% YoY to RMB2.71 bn in February 2014. In 2M14, its aggregated contracted sales fell 22% YoY to RMB5.77 bn, and GFA sold fell 18% YoY to 495,857 sqm. Contracted sales and GFA sold by Shimao Property have fallen for two consecutive months, which are expected to be negative to the share price of the company. Stella Dai.
