In solidarity with Pakistans Hindu community and protest against religious extremists burning a temple friends are gathering in Larkana today , March 29 at 5:00 pm, at an event organised by Forum for Secular Pakistan in collaboration with Sindhi Adabi Sangat and Sindh Peace Forum. The delegation from Karachi, headed by Dr Haroon Ahmed Syed, FSP President, will also meet with veteran respected Comrade Sobho Gianchandani. This gesture of solidarity is organised on the same lines as the Bhooro Bheel issue, when religious extremists desecrated the singers grave in October 2012. It is time all secular and sufi forces of Sindh, Pakistan to unite and give resistance to rapidly increasing religious extremism in Pakistan and psrticularly in Sindh which has a great history of being most plural nation in whole South Asia, says FSP.
