We, the human beings, tend to believe that we are on the right course and everyone outside of our thinking grasping a rope that is leading them astray. But how could we be so sure that we are the only one among many others on the right track when every other group is claiming the same? Have we been shown that path by The Almighty Himself? No, no one could tell that for sure. When you can think that none of your actions is going against the Holy Quran then you are free to make such claims and I, for my part, would stand by your side with full strength. Or when you can claim that you have been shown the path by The God himself then you are free to make such claims and after judging you with my own instinct I would definitely stand by your side if you are found trustworthy. Could you? The answer is same again - No. Most strange thing about these people who claim to be on the right track is that they never gave a thought to whether what they are clinging to is right or just the opposite. Still they start arguing defending their stance as the follower of the most authentic one. What a stupidity! So please think twice before you make such claims and before you brand others Kafir.
