“Youll never walk again. But you will fly.” Waiting on the transfer for the last surgery. It would be great to walk but I can fly wherever I am. Just in an enormous amount of pain. Sometimes life is like that. Molina, Gina Quattrochi Jules Levin, German Esqueda, Tim Horn, Richard Jefferys, Lei Chou, Nicole Mylan, Octavio Posada, Max Sepulveda (el Jefe), Christopher Scott, Scott Wald, Otto Burgers Ann Otto, Jim Eigo, Liz Highleyman, Alan Franciscus, Lucinda Porter, RN, my bunny luv Matt Decker, all my friends in Oz, nor the most spectacular ever Ms. Tracy Swan (just wait...) and her staff, Barbara Hughes and the entire big, beautiful TAG family and everyone at Housing Works Inc., and the most talented and brilliant doctors ever especially Drs. Douglas T. Dieterich, Michael Mullen, and Ponni Perulmalswami, and Dr. Anthony Curreri, Dr. Jay Dennett, Dr. James Simring, and Dr. Ron Ganik and quite a few more clinicians at Mount Sinai and sometimes NYU as many times or enough as they deserve. I can say one thing with great certainty and that is without Paul, Mark, Doug, Michael, Jim Konetsky, Maximo, Amy Kalafa, Sadie Gunuey, Dad and my brother Dave I just would not be here. Its hard to leave when someone is blocking the door, harder still when someone is asking you to stay, and absolutely inspiring when people are telling you youre not going anywhere without them.
