Young Men & Women from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, from an early age are groomed to go on a mission for the Lord Jesus Christ and preach his gospel to the world. They and their Families pay for their own mission. They are called by a Prophet of God by revelation to teach in specific places upon this earth. Their mission is 24 months for young men and 18 months for young women. They are given speed training in the foreign language they will be speaking in and sent to the land they are called to serve in. By the power and gift of the Holy Ghost they learn to love the people they serve and the language they speak. When they return they are more mature and better prepared for the future life they desire to live. There are approximately 65,000 missionaries around the world preaching that Jesus is the Christ and the Son of the living Father. Mark 16:15 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
