Young people today need so much help...but then again when you try to help some of them and they keep running back to their old ways, old habits, old jobs, old personalities of acting like someone they are not, you just want to throw up your hands and say...Lord they are yours...and forget it...but God...Then when you check on why they not getting any hours and why they not in management and the boss says well why would you move someone to manager or or give them more hours when they were always the first one to go home when asked....wow yet they needed money, but yet they said they didnt know why they werent getting any hours. Then you find out they were always taking off or asking for days off saying they wanted to be in church, but they never showed up or they wanted to miss to be in there clubs for attention... I ask you...would you want to help someone like that whose priorities are really in the wrong place...and who is being irresponsible or that remains so immature. Listen, people who show lack of interest never get any where...thats all...mommas boys you got love em...smh...real talk 2014!!!
