Your Apple device comes with its one-year limited warranty and 90 - TopicsExpress

Your Apple device comes with its one-year limited warranty and 90 days of complimentary telephone tech support, but did you know you can extend that? I worked for a mobile phone provider for a while instore and yes, I was that annoying person trying to make commission and get you to buy the newest and greatest product. BUT, one thing I learned from there is that they dont tell you about AppleCare. The reason for this, why tell you about it when theyre trying to sell their own insurance and tech support, right? Sadly too many people would call me when I worked for Apple tech support and get very upset that they were not told about AppleCare and really got mad when I couldnt help them for free. Trust me, I wanted to fix their product, but they were either out of warranty or their 90 days free tech support had already expired. It isnt easy being the bad guy there! So with that being said, I encourage everyone to take a moment and review their warranty status. Are you still under warranty and can you still purchase AppleCare? If so, I strongly encourage you to do it today, you dont want your device to quit on you if youre in that eligibility field. Besides, who doesnt want an extended warranty, right? ~Rachel apple/support/products/
