Your Queen’s Wisdom Most young girls dream of being a “mommy” someday! We are told that it is one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. It is!!!! Also, it is not!!!!!So many women are experiencing enormous feelings of guilt due to not feeling happy with the hardship parts of motherhood but we are not hearing much about it. Yes, women complain at times and the truth is that it is a very difficult job that does not offer a salary and the emotional retribution may come when the children are grown. From pregnancy to birth now that is a journey! For those of you who have chosen to take that journey I salute you with honors! You have shown courage and strength for it is not easy. My goal with this next wisdom post is to give women who are mothers in the world at large an opportunity to relax and not feel guilty for not being happy just being mothers. To feel whole and fulfilled with inner joy we must shine light through all our facets. The mother piece is just one of them so there is so much room for improvement in the way we feel. Queens know that the mother piece serves to grow the practice of unconditional love in women. Regardless of children, every woman has this piece living strongly inside her. This part of self can be very sacrificial so it is common to put yourself last in caring for children or others until you may feel some resentment or dissatisfaction. Queens have the knowledge to not over give from this piece and they also know to create balance by receiving through their other parts.
