Your core is activated in nearly every activity you do and I love starting my gym sessions with a solid ab workout to warm up. I always change up my routine to target all the muscle groups on my front, back, and sides. Heres the routine I recently started doing and it absolutely shreds my core. 30 second mountain climber (M.C.) 15 double crunches 30 s (M.C.) 15 double tap twist crunch 30 s (M.C.) 15 double tap twist crunch opposite side 30 s (M.C.) 15 seated knee tucks 30 s (M.C.) 100 flutter kicks 30 s (M.C.) 30 s hold crunch Do the whole circuit without stopping.
