It is EXTREMELY clear. If you want to change this plan, you will get different results. JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you up for it if I give you some giant changes to make? Save this so that you can help somebody too. This is a WHEY plan and here it is: Shopping list: Quick Start (includes shake mix, herbal concentrate tea, cell activator, multivitamin), Personalized Protein Powder, Mango Aloe Concentrate, (shake can be regular F1, Allergen Free, or 24 F1 Sport) Set a timer for every 2-1/2 hours throughout the day. When it goes off, it is time to do something, whether it is shake, meal or PROTEIN snack. You will have your aloe first thing in the morning, followed by your tea, then your shake. Details below... Mango Aloe Concentrate: take half a mouthful (your mouth fits your body), UNDILUTED. Do that 8 times a day for 2 days and make sure that 1 of those times is VERY first thing in the morning and VERY last thing at night. After those 2 days, then use it 2 to 4 times a day for maintenance. Hot tea first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up, before lunch and again in the middle of the afternoon, around 3:00. Make it like this: 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon in 8 oz very warm water. I also like 1 scoop of orange H30 in there. YUM. Make the shake with 8 oz non fat milk (lactose free milk if you have milk issues), 4 oz water, 2 scoops (which is the same as 4 level tablespoons) Formula 1 shake mix, 2 SCOOPS (again, same scooper as in formula 1) of Personalized Protein Powder. Blend that and pour it over ice and drink with a straw. Take the shake 2 times a day (IF you are using Prolessa DUO, use it in one of those shakes) and eat one meal. (note about Prolessa: do not use citrus or aloe within 30 minutes either before or after that shake)(NEW THING: for the Prolessa usage: in about 2 oz of water, add a scoop of Prolessa, stir and drink it in just a few gulps. It tastes a little like a damp wafer. Have that before or after your shake instead of adding Prolessa to your shake) Take tablets (Cell Activator and Multivitamin), one of each, 3 times a day. One of each for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Take with shake or food. NOT on an empty stomach or with tea. You are free to add any tablet that you would like to. I would recommend to start with the basics and as you see that you need something else, add them back in one at a time so that you KNOW what they do and can tell that new story. You will have a PROTEIN snack in the mid morning and mid afternoon (a 3rd snack in the evening if you want to speed it up even more). Recommend Beverage Drink Mix as a snack. If you have more than 75# to lose, add a third shake during one of the snack times. Drink LOTS of water with nothing added to it throughout the day. Half of your body weight in ounces of water. (Making all of your snacks to be the Beverage Drink Mix will rocket you to the end. Make certain that you do not go below 1200 calories for a woman, and 1500 calories for a man) Follow this exactly. You will be shocked too. Since so many have been asking, no, this does not use PDM at all. This is a whey plan. If you have any questions, EVERY possible answer is in this note. Please reread it until you see the answer. If you change this plan, you will get some other results. Your day looks like this: 7:00 am Aloe, tea, shake and tablets 9:30 am protein snack 12:00 noon aloe, tea, shake and tablets 2:30 pm tea, protein snack 5:00 pm aloe, dinner and tablets 7:30 pm protein snack 10:00 pm aloe “An extensive questionnaire generated responses from more than 200 U.S. Herbalife Independent Distributors about their weight-loss programs and results.
