Your human body is so unique, It is a manifestation of scared Geometry vibration of energy and sound .It is held and woven together by divine intent . YOUR sprit is the force that brings your body alive. Your physical body and spirit is an interactive partnership that is affected and managed by your emotions and thoughts . When your spirit and physical body are NOT in clear communication there is disharmony , stress and illness. Practice appreciating your body and the dynamic gifts it offers . Practice hearing the soft voice of your spirit when it tells you emotions are causing you physical stress then ask your body to release the stress physical body and spirit should always dance in harmony with each other .
