Your life isnt complete unless youve done a Turbo Drill (aka Fire Drill). But then again, I MAY be a little bias, considering this is the very program that gave me a six pack AND helped me drop 25 lbs. ;) I did a HIIT today. Youre up, youre down, youre metabolism sky rockets for the rest of the day and you burn up to 9X the calories than in a normal workout and...you are done in anywhere from 15-30 minutes. This was a Fire Drill I did this afternoon before PiYo. It got the blood going, filled my craving for Turbo that I literally dreamed about, and changed things up. But I mean, you cant go wrong when you go back to your soulmate workout! :D Have you found your soulmate workout yet?!?!
