Your mental attitude is something YOU can control and YOU must use self discipline until you create a positive mental attitude. Your mental attitude attracts you to everything that makes you what you are. -Napolean Hill Yoga translation….Svāhā (Swaha)...in Sanskrit- means I offer it up. This is what our Yoga Practice teaches us. The ability to stay grounded no matter what what life throws at us. So if we are staying grounded and making a conscious effort not to worry about the things we cant control, why not cultivate a positive mental attitude and be happy?
