Youve all heard the saying, some people never learn. Well, its definitely true. Some people just fall into patterns where they do the same thing over and over, despite the fact that they know its self-destructive. Why? Because its all they know and they feel an odd sense of comfort doing the wrong or stupid thing. Or, they are attacked/confronted and they simply freeze, not knowing what to do next. Im off to teach some great people how to CHANGE how they react to situations, and how to do things to protect and save themselves, and survive. This way, theyll be comfortable defending themselves and not be a victim.
