Yoyoz! I have been nominated by Dillon Tay since eons ago and decided to share #myfavbibleverse only now because I just remembered about it:x I dont really post stuffs so pardon me :) Deuteronomy 31:6 “So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” I don’t have a particular favorite bible verse but this verse speaks a lot to me during this season! I’m currently in the season of hurt, disappointments and negativity. It really gets tough sometimes when all of these overwhelm you& you start to question why does God allow all these to happen. During worship last Saturday, I asked God what do I have to do to get out of all these? I don’t want to be consumed by my negativity thoughts anymore. Then, He brought me back to this verse & said “Nothing. You don’t have to do anything. Just let me do everything.” That moment, I really broke down and cried because I realized that I’m so tired relying on myself& it’s time for God to take the lead. I believe God doesn’t allow me to experience anything that I cannot bear and certainly He wants me to rely on His promises and love. Though people may hurt& disappoint but still, choose to love them back boldly. My love may be limited but God’s unconditional love knows no boundaries! Hahaha I know Siqi Wong shared this song already but I’m really compelled to share this song again because it speaks so much of our loving sovereign God. Even though we may be experiencing our own storms, seek him always!
