Yuma United Church of Christ +First Presbyterian Church+ Our Lady of Guadalupe+ Immaculate Conception+ Catholic Community Services = Yuma County Interfaith’s work with Families from Central America. We invite you to celebrate the work of the volunteers who serve in this ministry of hospitality that connects families. These persons and their children have been released to legally travel in the U.S. to their families as they await their Court date. When they are released in Yuma our faithful volunteers provide shelter, food, clothing, connection with their families to make travel arrangements and then transportation to the Greyhound Bus Depot and stop as well as to the Yuma airport. Today, we are taking time to celebrate all that they do and how God continues to provide enabling this ministry to continue. Join us today: Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 @ 6pm WHERE: First Presbyterian Church - 598 S. 7th Ave Help us recognize our volunteers; learn about this ministry of hospitality to the families from Central America; join us in helping to connect families. A tour of the hospitality shelter will be offered. See what God has done and see what is needed to continue this work. Come to First Presbyterian Church -598 S. 7th Ave, tonight at 6pm.
