a BIG thing that conflicts whit being a christian is Evolution which states that we all just magically originated from nothing!!, or as evolutionist like to call it primordial soup!! i would also like to add that when the probability of something is extremely low like evolution scientist like to add millions of years to their theories to increasing the probability of their crazy ideals being possibly!! mutation can not account for the trillions of different sells in all the living things that we know of because mutations such as CANCER only destroy!!, they do not create new information for the DNA to create new cells. Evolution is so widely believe that is considered fact but if you think of it its like me saying if i take like a thousand random car parts and give it millions of years it will turn its self into a muscle car! a creation is PROOF of a creator!!
