a friend has inquired my opinion on ICC issues on execusal of uhuruto,The aim of trial is one prong , to find the truth.The dictates of social foundation of law, is that law doesnt exist in a brooding omnipresent(in vacuo).It is a social construct and must therefore be alive to the social realities.Uhuruto could be as guilty as the Devil for our sins,but that would be established by icc.The truth is both the president and the DP have constitutional.
